Massage Therapy Terms & Conditions 

1. Client Agreement By booking a massage at Mind Body n Pole, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 2. Health & Medical Considerations • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. • It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications before your session. • If you have a contagious illness, skin condition, or any condition that may be aggravated by massage, you must reschedule your appointment. 

3. Late Arrivals & Cancellations • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, a cancellation fee may apply. 

4. Client Conduct & Boundaries • Professional boundaries will be maintained at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and payment will still be required. • Massage is a professional therapeutic service; any misconduct will not be tolerated. 

5. Liability Waiver • By proceeding with a massage, you release Mind Body n Pole and its therapists from any liability for injury, discomfort, or adverse reactions resulting from the treatment. • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if massage is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for any reason. 

6. Consent to Treatment By booking and attending a massage session, you confirm that: • You have read and understood these terms. • You consent to receiving massage therapy under these conditions.
